Business.com still juicy?

Does Business.com provide the juice?

As of September 2009  it was reported that business.com no longer provides link juice (no-Follow). In my mind business.com  is not worth the money since you will not receive the link value. I still do like Yahoo directory and Best of the Web and fee they are good buys for link juice and exposure.
